Lance’s creativity, persistence and advocacy for his clients are skills pulled directly from a successful 30-year sports journalism career that steered him through a string of family home transactions that ultimately moved him to investment properties. His enthusiasm for developing effective techniques in that arena convinced him to take his passion to a new life in real estate, where he leans on his effective communication and listening skills to craft an experience styled to each client.

Not only is Lance keenly familiar with the Orange County and inland neighborhoods he’s covered for years, he brings an attentive, responsive manner, with an astute eye on clients’ specific needs – from a growing family, to expanding wealth.
A casual runner and golfer and fervent sports fan, Lance is especially proud of his three children and a newly arrived first grandchild. He is driven now to deepen his connection with fellow Southern California residents, assisting in the authoring of their life’s ambition.
