Regular folks such as myself only interact with realty several times during their lives. This was my fourth out of possibly five before I pass from this life. Working with Lance and Sandy, both from eXp Realty, has been unlike any previous experience. I felt that I was working with two of my closest friends. To bifurcate the two, Lance helped us sell our Home in Colorado. Due to our life changes, I determined that we needed to sell it RIGHT NOW. And Lance did that for us without any pain on our part. He made it so easy and caused everything to happen so incredibly fast, that we were able to progress with all our related plans without any hindrance. His friendliness, expertise, and sincere concern for our goals and situation makes him (and Sandy) top notch in my book. If you EVER need a realtor in the Denver area, you definitely need to seek out Lance Ruybal.

Lance went above and beyond to help with the sale of my mom's house and dealt with all of our crazy back and forth decisions and situations. Lance was the most patient, attentive and helpful broker through the whole sequence of purchasing our first home. He stuck by our side and was never pushy or impatient. We couldn't have asked for a better chaperone through the home buying process in this most difficult market! Lance did a great job working with us to get the home we wanted. He followed up on our questions with videos and photos. Lance made numerous trips to the condo to get us detailed information while we were out of country. He worked with all the contractors in our stead.
