Lance is a Retired Air Force Officer and skip-generation real estate agent -- his grandparents ran a real estate brokerage in Oregon during the 1960s and 70s. Lance helps mainly vacation home investors, first-time homebuyers and retirees find their dream homes in the communities around Walt Disney World. Lance has a wealth of knowledge in anything and everything involving real estate. He’s a very intelligent individual who can quickly read people, which is the perfect combination when dealing with clients. We knew, with great confidence, that Lance would be able to answer and help with *any* questions or concerns that arise.

Lance cleared out his whole weekend before going on vacation just for us, so we could meet in person and get the ball rolling. With the help of Lance we actually put an offer in on a house less than a week after initially emailing him! The process was so seamless and smooth that we all were just waiting around for the closing date! (Lance kept offering to try to move it up for us, by the way!!) :)

This was the first house we have ever bought, in the future we will probably purchase out of state, and honestly I am doubtful we’ll be able to find a realtor as great as Lance. He really set the bar high. I suggest Lance to anyone buying a house in the area- he’ll find you what you are looking for, he will help with the negotiating (in all aspects), and he has connections to some of the best resources around! He really does have his clients best interest in mind.
