Lara is the absolute BEST!!! She was very quick to respond to all of my questions, making herself available at any time. She offered very helpful advice to get my home ready to sell. She explained the listing and selling process in every detail and was confident that she could sell my home quickly. She enlisted a most talented photographer to obtain amazing pics of my home. I was also impressed with the marketing materials she had produced to share with potential buyers. She thoroughly explained each offer received and had my home under contract within 60 hours of going live. She went above and beyond to obtain an amazing deal for me. I cannot recommend her enough!! Everyone should have the opportunity to work with an agent of her caliber. She was also very caring and sweet to me and my daughter. She absolutely made the best of what could have been a very difficult time. I will forever be thankful to have crossed paths with her!

It's rare for us to rate someone as high as we've rated Lara. In the past 30 years, we've worked with over 20 Real Estate Professionals (REP), and we've only endorsed two this high; Lara is the second one. She hit all marks above easily and made the transaction personal.

I met Lara years ago while renovating bathrooms in her home. We really hit it off. Lara has an amazing and witty personality. She's a real optimist and very endearing to be in the company of.

My wife bought our home with Lara and we love it. The time came to sell my house I reached out to Lara. Lara calmed my home sale related concerns and took on the sale navigation. My house was on the market for 4 days and we had it under contract. Add 2 weeks and the deal was closed.

It really couldn't have happened in better timing in our lives and I highly recommend Lara to anyone seeking a trustworthy and responsive realtor. Lara is the best.

Lara was fantastic to work with! She was very patient through the whole process and did an excellent job of figuring out our tastes to show us houses that were relevant. We were never left waiting or wondering what was going on, she was extremely transparent and responsive. Lara took a lot of the stress out of the process and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a home!

5 Stars ⭐️, in every way. Lara Audelo worked tirelessly everyday (including evenings and weekends) to sell our house. She always kept us updated and responded almost immediately. Lara always put our needs and wished first. I could not recommended a more professional, hard working, diligent and easy to talk to real estate agent. We were fortunate to work with Lara Audelo on both the buying and selling ends of real estate. Lara is professional, punctual and a genuine good person. She spent countless hours touring homes, meeting us for inspections and quotes, and patiently answered all of our questions. She came to each appointment with all of the info she could gather on the home and market data for each property. She has great relationships with many professionals which made it really easy when it came time for referrals for things like roofing, chimney work, insurance quotes, professional photos, inspections etc. We recommend Lara without hesitation to anyone we know in the market for buying or selling a home.
