Jasmine is always on time and quick to respond. When we needed to make adjustments on our home and in need of references she helped with that as well even though it wasn't her job. Larry was our go-to realtor in California. We met him when he was the selling agent for a home we purchased. He was always available when we wanted to view the home, even when our own agent was not available. When we chose to sell our home, we picked Larry to list with and he did a great job of bringing us the right buyer! Not only is Larry knowledgeable and professional, he's a very nice person as well! When my wife and I decided to buy a home this year, we had met or spoken with several agents, including Jasmine. We hadn't yet even decided on an agent when she offered to show us around to several homes in Corona. She had a casual but professional style, un-pushy but knowledgeable of the real estate market. She made us feel at home and welcomed to call her for anything, large or small. We decided that she was the agent for us. She ultimately brought us to our dream home in Sycamore Creek, where we put an offer in and it was accepted. As the lender approval dragged on and got very stressful, she remained quite calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. Through no fault of Jasmine, our lender closing was disastrous and stressful, and we leaned heavily on Jasmine for guidance, questions and support. She didn't falter at all and I'm glad because my wife and I were at our wit's end and about to throw in the towel. With her assistance, we made it through to the end and was able to cross the threshold to our new home. I was very nervous about the home buying process as it's been nearly 20 years since I last bought a home, but I'm glad we had Jasmine as our agent to guide us through such a convoluted process. I would highly recommend her to anyone...family, friends and even total strangers.

Larry Gage sold my home at the Corona Retreat even in this extremely, challenging times gripped with rising rates, high inflation, fear, instability and uncertainty. Jasmine and Larry's help in my home purchase far exceeded my expectations. Jasmine drove me all around OC and Corona looking for condos. All the good ones went so quick and it was frustrating, but Jasmine was patient and helped me get into escrow on my favorite one! She also referred me to an awesome lender who helped raise my credit score by over 100 points, and kept my deal from falling apart while I got my financing in order. Jasmine always answered her phone and kept me updated every step of the process. Highly recommend Team Gage!

Larry Gage is the most efficient Realtor in SoCal. He's always punctual, professional and he masterfully sews deals together. He sold one of our homes seamlessly last month, and currently working on selling another on contingency. As a sales professional myself, it takes one to know one. Hats off... Larry is "Top Dog"! I met Larry Gage at an open house in the Retreat and he has been my Realtor ever since. He has helped my family members and me in the purchase and sale of 9 homes in the past four years and one commercial property. He is always very honest and straightforward, and tells me the truth whether I like to hear it or not. I have dealt with many other Realtors in the past and he is by and away the sharpest and fairest Realtor I have dealt with. There are so many steps and he took us seamlessly through the entire process one piece at a time, starting with advising us on what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. I am not one to write reviews, but Larry Gage and his team deserve to be recognized for the quality of service in the purchase of my new home. When I initially met Mr. Gage and he showed me my new home, I fell in love with it immediately and was excited to make an offer. I was willing to pay above and beyond for the home because I wanted it so badly. Mr. Gage really watched out for my best interest, and advised me as to what he felt was a competitive offer. He simply could have submitted my offer and made more in commission, but he did not. Mr. Gage's integrity speaks volumes as to his professionalism. In giving Mr. Gage 5 stars just does not seem to be enough because I believe he deserves at least 10 stars. I am now living in my dream home, and I owe it all to him, and with the money that I saved in the price of the home that I was willing to pay, I was able to make changes inside and outside of my new home. I am so grateful to have had Mr. Gage and his team on my side. Thank you!

I really can't say enough about the diligent, pleasant, & great service I got from Jasmine and Larry. I have worked with a handful of other realtors and have finally found the realtors I will use for years to come. The time, patience, and dedication Jasmine gave to finding my home was above and beyond. We bought in a market where places were being snatched up within days, and while it was frustrating getting denial after denial Jasmine did not get discouraged. She looked for new listings all the time and sent me places that fit my criteria DAILY. At times when I was too busy to view the place, Jasmine would drive out (sometimes an hour + drive) and view the property to see if it would be a good match. I first decided to use Larry because I had seen and spoken with him around the neighborhood in the past. He once invited me in to see the updates he had done to a house he was showing. He had done a very nice job and his knowledgeable responses to my questions convinced me that if I ever need to sell my house in The Retreat, Larry's the guy. The moment eventually did come and I contacted Larry. I was not disappointed. I'm not particularly experienced in real estate transactions which is exactly why I (and you) need Larry. He is experienced, knows his business and is very patient. Larry seems to have the answer to everything you need to know and delivers it with his characteristic sage humor and professional timelines. You cannot go wrong with Larry. We would definitely use him again.
