I have worked with Larry Hendrixson on many projects with him as a buyer's agent and seller's agent for almost 25 years. Whether it be home, commercial, industrial, or even vacant land, Larry is a hard worker and a great salesperson. He will do whatever he can to help sell your property or buy the property you want. You won't go wrong if you pick him. I will definitely use him again in the future. You never know your next project. If it comes to real estate, Larry can get it done for you. He isn't pushy, but he has that edge needed in the real estate industry. I highly recommend him to anyone needing help to buy or sell any type of property.

Would highly recommend working with Larry for any of your realtor needs. He has helped me for the past 15 years from the time I bought my first home at 21 yes old and through many buying and selling houses over the years. What I experienced was an individual who truly cares and can explain things to you and walk you through the processes. He is probably one of the most responsive realtors I have ever known. While working with him, you will never have to ask the status of anything because he gives you updates along the way. Wouldn’t even consider anyone else and I recommend him to all my family and friends. He’s always had my best interest in hand and he often checks in. I live out of state and Larry Hendrixson handled the sale of my Michigan property. He was responsive to my calls and needs of the seller and buyer. He follows through quickly, identifying obstacles to the sale and works to remove them to the satisfaction of both Seller and buyer. He kept me informed, made recommendations to increase sale price and found professionals to complete repairs/upgrades. Because of him the property sold for more than I expected. I am using him again for a second property I want to sell this year.
