Larry was a good friend of my Parents. And when it was time to sell their home because of their passing, my Dad told me beforehand that he didn’t want anyone else to sell his house except Larry. When it comes to technology, I call Larry Ellison. When it comes to which asset to acquire, Warren Buffett. When it comes to Costa Mesa real estate, it's Larry Weichman. His expertise on Costa Mesa and surrounding areas is unmatched by most. Larry is passionate about his work and dedicated to his clients. I'd say he's a breath of fresh air in real estate, but he's been around too long to say that. The real truth is he's a consistent, knowledgeable, great Realtor!
