working with latonya was a pleasure. She is a lovely and charming person. i had no concerns with her returning my calls and when the time came to sell my house she sold it in less than a week because of the market i really listened to her suggestions and was big on putting full trust in her. She has given me the best possible experience and only relayed information that was necessary and important. i appreciated her time and would indoubtedly ask for her help in the future and recommend .

First of off i’m so thankful i came across HomesbyLatonya... Quick Response, very professional and Knowledgeable. She made the process very easy and explained all that we needed to know about home buying. the most important thing is her level of responsiveness! if you don’t want a realtor who would make you go days without communication, then Latonya is your best bet. As an attorney, real estate investor, and licensed agent (mainly for my own deals), I tend to be busier than I like, so it is a pleasure to work with an opposing agent that can carry the work load. LaTonya represented the buyers on one of my recent sales of a former rental property. She did a great job making sure this transaction closed in a timely manner and dealt with all of the inevitable items that can sidetrack a smooth closing. In instance, I think her buyers got a good deal and I never had to go to the house at all, soa total win-win. 5 Stars for sure! Thanks LaTonya!
