LaToya was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is extremely patient, hardworking, and professional! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor! I worked with her on selling my home. My ex was extremely stubborn and off putting throughout the entire experience, and LaToya never once lost her cool or professionalism. I appreciated that more than she knows. She made the process so much more enjoyable! If anyone is wondering, LaToya is a wonderful realtor to work with and she will definitely get the job done! LaToya supported me in purchasing a new investment property. I was not sure if I’d qualify but as an added bonus, she worked with me while she patiently showed me several houses (I couldn't decide) and was able to get me qualified and found a great deal. She was patient and knowledgable by areas and types of properties. The first month after our purchase, we have $10k in equity. Great investment! I highly recommend her
