Laura Costa is the Relocation Director at Grounded Real Estate in Sacramento, bringing a diverse skill set that elevates the entire real estate and relocation process. She is a member of the Relocation Directors Council (RDC) and holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) where she serves as an active member of their Emerging Leaders Taskforce.

Over the past six years, Laura has excelled as a certified A team agent, specializing in relocation and affinity client services. Her hands-on experience in mobility services, combined with over a decade as a property manager for the nation’s largest property management company, has sharpened her attention to detail and deepened her commitment to personalized service.

The Grounded Client Services Division offers a full suite of real estate and relocation services, including home-finding, home marketing, broker market analysis, rental assistance, area tours, and home concierge services. Laura is proactive in meeting deadlines, keeping clients updated, and ensuring transparent communication among all stakeholders, all while tracking performance metrics to streamline the process.
