Laura started her career in the industry in 1986, when she established Merlin Enterprises, a real estate firm that specialized in court and government-managed property sales. This includes bankruptcies, estate, and trustee sales, as well as probates. Being a Certified California Auctioneer, Laura became a trusted specialist.
In 1989, Laura obtained her broker’s license and worked her way through REO sales. In 2006, Laura joined RE/MAX Valencia, where she met the professionals that would form Laura's very own real estate team. In 2010, Laura left the brokerage and started Summit Realty.
