Laura Frenkel

Laura Frenkel is a senior broker at Resolute Investments. She assists new and seasoned investors to grow their wealth through acquisitions and leasing of commercial properties. She specializes in all types of investment properties from office, retail, warehouse and multifamily. Over her career Laura has completed 800+ transactions worth more than $300 Million.

Laura got her start in commercial real estate in 2011 after graduating from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. Her first position was as a commercial property manager and leasing agent for a small management company. Her time in property management provided her helpful insight into all aspects of property maintenance. In 2014 she moved away from property management and into full time commercial brokerage services.

Beyond her real estate career, Laura is a wife, mother and Colorado native. She loves to spend time outdoors with her family. Hiking, snowboarding and taking their dog to the park are some of her favorite family activities. She is also a lover of travel, music and amusement parks. Items on her bucket list include visiting every National Park, Disney Park and iconic concert venue.
