Originally from Northern California wine country, I came to Colorado decades ago and knew I’d found home. The foothills, the light, the rhythm of this place—it just fit. For over 30 years, I’ve worked in the Boulder County industry, helping people move through big decisions with a clear head and a steady hand. My focus is on homes and situations that require more than just a sign in the yard: luxury properties, mountain and rural homes, unique parcels, complex developments, and high-stakes transitions. And while luxury is my specialty, every home deserves a luxury experience—at any price point.
Though rooted in Lyons and Boulder, my network reaches across the country. Clients benefit from a strong local presence backed by deep national relationships and thoughtful strategy.

Outside of real estate, I own a retail shop in downtown Lyons - Solace. I’m a proud CU Buff mom, an unshakable supporter of Coach Prime, his team and the Sanders family, and a champion of Colorado Athletics. You’ll usually find me in the Touchdown Club on Saturdays . . . or out on the surf boat when the season allows.
