As a certified public accountant for more than 25 years, Laura knows about money and the value of real estate. The experience she has gained from negotiating for her clients with the IRS will be an asset for anyone she works with.

As someone who served on the condominium board of her own building for 15 years, Laura also knows what’s involved with handling board packages and dealing with board approvals. In short, Laura is a very empathetic and sympathetic ear for potential buyers and sellers.

Laura and her husband David are true city dwellers. Having raised two children in Manhattan, Laura has been an active member of her children’s PTA over the years.
