Laurie was absolutely great, she helped guide us through every part of the home buying process. As first time home buyers we were truly grateful for the amount of time and energy she spent making sure we had all the information we needed to find and purchase a home. Any time we had a question she either had an answer or found one as soon as possible.
Beyond all that though was her ability to make us feel respected and help us to have a little fun along the way. I would recommend her to anyone I know as a top class realtor.

I can’t express enough how happy I am with my new home in the East Beach area of Norfolk. Our agent, Laurel(Laurie) was absolutely amazing. She really listened to what we were looking for in a second home. She was patient and accommodating of our schedules and time as we were out of state and couldn’t always be present to see every property. Our home purchase was a year long journey. Laurie was with us every step of the way. Covid and a tight real estate market only added to an already overwhelming process. Having a professional, understanding, knowledgeable agent made the process less intimidating. Laurie worked hard to find us a wonderful beach condo in Virginia Beach. She has a perfect amount of aggressiveness without being pushy which is exactly what we like on the buy side of real estate. As great as she was getting us to the offer and acceptance stage, she was even better in the acceptance to close stage. Being that we purchased a HUD home Laurie worked incredibly hard to follow the regulations required and was very helpful through the whole process. There was a lot of negotiation based on misrepresentation of listing and a closing date change that all was expertly managed by Laurie.

My husband and I happened upon Laurie by accident when we viewed a few homes in our area and are so glad we did. Laurie is knowledgeable, helpful and professional, but the thing we loved most about Laurie is how comfortable we felt around her. She is a genuine and authentic person, will tell you if she doesn’t know the answer to something and is quick to find the answer for you. That seems to be a rare thing these days. She has an incredible work ethic and seems to work around the clock, answering questions for us way past business hours. This is above and beyond if you ask us, but also important in the current housing market we are in. We felt like she really stuck up for us and made sure we were “in the know” of the entire buying process, got the fairest deal and felt comfortable with every detail. It’s too bad that we won’t be be seeing her more often now that we’ve bought our forever home.

During walk throughs she will point out imperfections or issues. She runs comparable pricing analysis to determine if the price is correct.
