Simply put, Lauren was the best! I was looking to buy a house in a very short period of time and she got it done. Literally from the day I reached out to her to the day I got my keys was just less than 6 weeks. She always got back to me in a very timely manner. The best thing I can say about Lauren was once my offer got initially accepted she fought for me on the fine details like it was her house she was buying. I would recommend Lauren to any and everyone.

We recently sold the home we had lived in and loved for nearly 20 years, thanks to Lauren Greene! She was simply amazing, start to finish. Pricing is her specialty and her passion, and she accomplished our getting the HIGHEST price per square foot in the past year of ALL home sales in Rawlinson Acres I AND Rawlinson Acres II - - which we felt was warranted with upgrades we had made. The house is also in a very special place, with loving neighbors in a quiet setting that is also near great schools. So often homeowners have NO idea what their homes are worth in today’s hot market, and when I told Lauren what I thought we should get for it, she smiled and said, “Let me run my numbers!” She came back the very next day to say we were going to be very happy. We definitely are! She was both realtor and psychologist, keeping us calm and focused and holding our hand through every bump in the road! Her advice was spot on for every aspect of our sale, which happened in record time, with really only four total days of showings. I can’t say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, creative, flexible and supportive she is. I always knew Lauren was on our side and fighting for our interests while also holding to a very high standard of ethics. I think Lauren is extremely gifted at what she does and her poise and polish will be a huge asset for any home buyers or sellers who are entering what doesn’t need to be such a stressful time if you are in the right hands. Thanks, Lauren, because we are forever grateful for your help in making our home the investment we hoped it would be and for making our upgrades pay off! We had planned to enjoy them ourselves and keep the house, but when life offered a golden opportunity to move to Utah with family, Lauren made the dream a reality.

I moved to NC 3 months ago from RI, since before I moved Lauren was already working with me to find the perfect house. We searched, saw a couple of houses that were not of our liking. WE FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT HOUSE!!!!! She contacted me
With all the right people to make the closing easy and fast, and a great loan officer Patrick Lewis, that worked alongside with us making the loan process extremely quick. Lauren was able to close on this house, after many hiccups, in less than 3 weeks!!!
I can’t say nothing but great things about working with her. Always available, always with a great attitude and great smile!
I will continue to do business with her as I grow, and decide to move to another place.
Lauren is a no-brainer. She is 100% the best realtor in the state.
I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for me. There’s no price to it.
