Lauren Habes-Wojcik

Lauren brings a love of real estate and a passion for education. Her goals as a realtor are to educate her clients, gain their trust and exceed expectations. Buying or selling a home can be a very personal and emotional process. As a teacher for seventeen years, Lauren honed many of the important skills necessary for a successful and positive real estate experience. Creativity, patience, listening, honesty, and leadership are traits that Lauren will use to make the process smooth and enjoyable.

In 2005, Lauren fell in love with Bucktown and started her real estate journey. She purchased her first investment property. For the last fifteen years, she has continued to own, operate, and renovate homes and investment properties.

Lauren, and her husband Jeff, are an agent team at North Clybourn Group and live with their two daughters. They are inspired by the rich tapestry of neighborhoods and enjoy creating adventures throughout the city with their family.

Lauren is actively involved in her daughters’ school, community, and anything else that involves family. Lauren provides a unique perspective and knowledge about local schools and family activities. She has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the city.
