If you're looking for the best realtor in SD, stop here! You've found her. Lauren is incredible. Lauren took time to listen to everything my husband and I wanted/needed in our first home, and she found us the perfect spot. She paid attention to every detail and everything we said and was completely open and honest with what we were in for and how the entire process would go. Lauren is very intuitive and sensed we were nervous for our first big purchase, and she was there to support, encourage, and lead us the entire way. She is easy to get a hold of and very responsive, day or night. Her work ethic and joy of being a realtor shines through her and I am so thankful we found her. Lauren clearly isn't in this business for herself, but instead to bring her friends and people around her happiness during the home-buying process! She made the whole process smooth and easy and was aggressive when she needed to be. Because of this, we know we got the best deal possible. We can't say enough good things about Lauren. We encourage everyone to give her a call and learn how amazing she is for yourself!

I can't recommend Lauren enough. Her tenacious and solution-oriented approach to San Diego real estate is how I would describe a "true professional." As a local, she clearly knows the ins and outs of different neighborhoods, block by block. Even more, she knows the market (macroeconomy) to such a degree that we could rely on her to give us an honest assessment of the dozens of homes we looked at. She was a lifesaver when it came to our hesitancies and homebuyer frustrations. Even when my husband and I (as first time home owners) were hot-and-cold throughout the process, somehow Lauren remained completely calm and patient. She really led us through the unknown. She never stopped guiding us and cheering us on (even when she would work her connections to get a private showing only for us to say something wasn’t 100% right for us). She doesn’t stop until you are THRILLED with your choice. Patience, guidance, and enthusiasm made the process something we actually looked forward to on the weekend. On top of being calm, confident, and armed with a San Diego network, she is an expert on the purchase process as well. If I was ever confused (which I often was) she was always my first call. We have owned the home for a couple weeks now and she’s still my person anytime I have a question. She knows all the experts and handles introductions and first-time appointments. I love her, and am so happy she lives nearby!
