They went above and beyond to make sure that our property sold even in trying times as the high end real estate market took a nose dive. They are on the ball and respond to questions promptly in an educated and researched manner. They are on top of the the movement within the market, and kept us informed as the market fluctuated. They are easy to work with. They have a positive, forward thinking outlook that allowed our house sale journey to come together when other properties were sitting stagnant on the market. We bought a house in the Boise area with real estate agent Justin Gross. An excellent agent: polite, responsible, always on time. All the buying process went very smoothly, good communication with us at every step. Well established connection with Stewart Title. We always had the feeling that Justin was on our side. As an example, we found a house that we liked, but Justin went down into the crawling space and showed us that there is water and mold. We had a very good time with him, not only when we were looking for a house, but even after we bought our house. When we moved into our new home we found a big basket on the table with a Mikowski wine collection. Justin invited us to the Mikowski Harvest Gathering party where we met his beautiful wife, had a very good time and went home with present - very big tasty apple pie. So, we not only bought a house, but now we have a good friend...Thank you Justin.

Justin Gross is an exceptional realtor. He has his thumb on the market and will guide you at your price point. He is a great communicator and never leaves you hanging!
