About Lauren

Hello. My name is Lauren Polan. I was born and raised right here in Los Angeles. In 1983 I began my career in real estate, serving the needs of Buyer and Seller in Great Los Angeles County. My motto is "You are a phone call away from results." I have proven track record of results. When someone puts their faith in me, I take it seriously.

Work Experience (relating to real estate)
1992 - Present: Joined Coldwell Banker selling properties as well as becoming an Associate Manager of the Beverly Hills North Office, which was the #1Office Worldwide at the time. In 1996 I moved to Pacific Palisades and a few years later moved to the Pacific Palisades Office for Coldwell Banker.
1998 - 1992: Worked for June Scott & Associates. I received $12,000 just joining the office as a full time real estate agent.
1983 - 1988: Worked for Alvarez, Hyland & Young. I started as a Assistant and soon after began selling property.
1979 - 1983: I was employed by Petersen Publishing Company in their advertising department, which was a valuable education in regarding to learning about advertising and marketing the properties I list.

This is from the owner of a property I sold. This was property was on the market for many years, before it was listed with me. We had out home listed with another agent who rarely showed it and then told us it was worth no more then $6,500,000. We were then referred to Lauren Polan. In a matter of a few months we had 60 showings, multiple offers and sold out home for $7,500,000. While other agents kept telling us we needed to make changes to our home, Lauren saw the value in what we did have! She is honest, knowledgeable and does what she says she will do. She cares!
