Lauren sold my home in less than a week and we got above asking price! She’s definitely knowledgeable and a great negotiator. Lauren advised we pick a competitive listing price, because of this we received multiple offers and the exact price we were hoping to sell for. We did not expect our home to sell so fast especially after hearing horror stories from other friends that recently sold. Lauren was able to find us a condo that had everything on our check list. My friend sold her home and had to stay in a hotel for 6 weeks until her realtor found her another property. Working with a broker has its perks, I highly recommend
