If you’re looking for a real estate agent that’s responsive, detail oriented, and an effective communicator then look no further. Lauren made an extremely complicated move seem like a walk in the park. She was my eyes and ears on the ground when I couldn’t be there in person to see properties myself. The dynamic way she leveraged technology to communicate how a space looked and felt helped me to feel comfortable to move forward with the home buying process in a competitive market. Her professionalism and persistence during contract negotiation enabled me to close on a great house I now get to call home. Needless to say, I absolutely plan to work with her again in the future.

Lauren Scott is an awesome realtor she has worked with us being out of town for the last eight months. She has been consistent, resourceful, intelligent about homebuying in the area and even outside of Jacksonville. She’s on your side when it comes to homebuying. If she didn’t know or have an answer she had one within a few hours if not the longest is 24hours. We would definitely recommend her to anybody who ever asked about buying a home or selling a home and it doesn’t matter if you’re all the way in California or here locally she can definitely find and guide you all the way from the area to the lender to the step-by-step process to close to land you in your next beautiful home thank you very much Lauren!!

You need Lauren on the team of people you trust and rely on when buying your future home. I was super lucky to have her on mine and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

As a first time, inexperienced home buyer, I had a lot of everything- questions, concerns, anxiety, etc. I’m just glad I had Lauren to lean on each step of the way. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and brings a work ethic that every future home owner hopes their Realtor has when helping them make this big of purchase.

I learned there are a lot of decisions to be made when buying a home and each one of them is important. With that said, I highly suggest the next decision you make is to see if Lauren is available to be your Realtor. Make your first decision the right one and it makes the rest of the decisions a whole lot easier.
