About lauren

I originally started my real estate career in the city that I grew up in Riverside, California, about 60 miles outside of LA. After a couple of years I moved to Los Angeles and began my career here. However, I didn’t just start in real estate on my own accord, real estate was my way of life since I was a kid as my dad has been a broker for 30+ years in the city I grew up in. As a kid, I stuffed and stamped mailers, hung at open houses and helped my dad navigate to appointments using the Thomas Guide! My family is well known in the Inland Empire real estate industry so part way through college, I had a realization - “why wouldn’t I get into real estate? I have the best possible mentor available to me 24/7, my dad!” and so my career began!

Within a few years I was working in LA with a high end luxury team learning the ins and outs of luxury marketing and sales. I then transitioned to spec development where I sourced tear down and investment properties for investors and sold directly to them.

Along the way I’ve helped friends family and many other clients buy and sell across Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

Today, my family companies include:
??Outlook Escrow Inc, an independent escrow company serving Southern California (where my sister is a senior escrow officer and manages 5 additional employees/escrow officers by the way!)
??Better Homes and Gardens Real Esttae Champions, a Riverside real estate office with approx 60 agents that my parents run together
??Shepherd Realty Group & Property Management, (where I hang my license currently) which has been in business for nearly 40 years. We’re a small boutique Sales and Property Management company servicing Inland Empire, Orange and Los Angeles Counties. I personally run business development for the property management division while selling real estate in Los Angeles full time.

The cornerstone of my business is my clients. I center around them, listen to and cater to their specific individual needs to ensure their goals are met first. My only goal is to act with complete transparency, consistent communication and the highest level of honesty to earn my clients the most money or the best deal in the fastest amount of time, with the most amount of ease.

Whether it is analyzing a potential investment, searching for an incredible abode to call your own, or procuring a buyer for a property you currently own, I am focused on finding an exact plan to get there and will not stop until you’ve been able to declare success. Afterall, your success is my success.
