Over the last 12 months Laurie sold our Cabin (which she found for us 7 years prior), bought another lake place, plus sold our home in the cities. Throughout all 4 transactions Laurie was on top of everything including exercising great patience while we "decided" which place was our "perfect". We Can't thank her enough for all the excellent care, I doubt we'll ever leave, but if we did Laurie would be the first call.

Laurie was absolutely fantastic in helping me find exactly the house I was looking for. She went above and beyond the usual duties of an agent, helping me as I struggled through technical difficulties. I contacted her on a Friday and had a purchase agreement signed on Sunday. Finding a relator for a property in another city was not easy but so glad we chose Laurie. She made the process easy and was extremely helpful during the process. She was willing to show us all the properties we wanted with a smile and answer all questions timely. She was easily assessable with email, phone call, and text. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better relator! She also followed up after the sale to make sure everything was good and helped with title questions, etc. She will be the one we reach out to if we need a relator in the future!

We have been working with Laurie for over 10 years and have completed 2 transactions as a seller and buyer. We highly recommend Laurie Simonson. What stands out to us is her experience and how over a long process, we are talking literally years, to find some property, Laurie was always there and ready. There were many highs and lows in our search during this current market, but Laurie always had a great attitude and represented our interest. She is very knowledgeable about any ‘issues’ we might encounter with various properties and in helping us avoid risk. She also took time to understand our interests and worked to narrow down possible properties to only ones we probably would like, and she was always willing to show up and look if we expressed interest. Laurie is just a good person to work with and we wouldn’t recommend any other realtor.
