About Lavada

Lavada joined Century 21 AmeriSouth Realty on October 1st of 2012 as the Administrative Assistant. She fell in LOVE with Real Estate and in June of 2015 became a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Falling in LOVE with a job makes coming to work daily an easy task. In September of 2016, Lavada was promoted to Office Manager, and she looks forward to growing even more with Century 21 AmeriSouth Realty. She has a special niche for LISTING homes for Sale and CLOSING them quickly.

The advantage of learning Real Estate from the basics is that Lavada was able to learn from other experienced agents, which in turn developed a clear understanding of what it takes to be a productive Realtor. To maintain her knowledge of the current market she performs and submits Broker Price Opinions independently on a regular basis. These Opinions allow her to stay up to date on the current market conditions and has developed her niche for Listing homes with a lower median range of Days on the Market. As a Realtor, Lavada expects herself to meet Real Estate needs of her clients and assist them in obtaining the goals that they have set for themselves. Buying and Selling a home is a process that requires immediate responses to interested parties and a knowledge of the market.

Living in Pensacola since August of 1998, Lavada has been blessed to discover everything that Pensacola has to offer. Walks on the beach, Lazy days on the water, Paddle-boarding, Boating, strolls through the Forts at Fort Mcree and ending the night downtown. She enjoys hunting, fishing, biking, walks and living life!
