St. Petersburg, Florida is my hometown. A graduate of Northeast High School and the University of South Florida, Tampa. My pre-real estate professional background is in accounting, marketing and advertising. Most of my working life has been in the construction and real estate industries, including new home construction.I love the Tampa Bay area and am familiar with local neighborhoods. Having lived for many years in Tampa, I do know both sides of the bay - a big advantage for buyers seeking local neighborhood knowledge. For sellers, I put a special emphasis on preparing homes for sale and quality photography knowing this will get top value for their homes. In my free time, I enjoy Scottish Country Dancing, hiking, photography and travel.
