I just want to start off by saying I highly recommend Leanne Sotak! I am young and was a first time home buyer with no experience in the home buying process and Leanne took me under her wing. I had given her a strict deadline, in a very competitive market, with a baby on the way and new job. With all this going on she came in day one prepared, driven and with such a great positive attitude that she completely took the stress off me in what should’ve been a very stressful situation. She is very knowledgeable In this field and was very attentive to my hundreds of messages/questions. Being someone who worked different shifts every other week she was very flexible with my schedule. When I was interested in a house she would ask for a day and a time and she was there with very little notice most of the time. There is nobody else I would recommend as an agent and I couldn’t be more thankful to have had her as mine!

LeAnne is wonderful! She helped us sell our first house and it took a little longer because the market was bad but she worked tirelessly and kept us informed all along the way. So there was no doubt when we decided to sell again who we would choose again! She sold our second home in four days! It was unbelievable with the market being down! I believe it was all because of LeAnne’s experience and tenacity. If you want to deal with a real person and feel as though you are the only client she is your girl. She is sweet, honest and treats you like family.
