He is backed by an amazing team and works very hard for his clients at all times of the day it seems. He does what he says he will and does not over promise. Will 100% use him again if ever needed. My wife and I have been looking for a house since last October with another realtor. Several offers submitted, ups and downs over the course of several months. We decide to switch to Lee Hutchinson and the Strum Group this spring. I couldn't be happier that we did! Lee's expertise of the market, experience and geographical knowledge helped us successfully land our first home. The experience from start to finish was top notch. We needed to get out of a terrible living arrangement (a 55+ apartment building with noisy neighbors and lousy food). We decided to buy a place of our own and rely on prepared meals and restaurants (much less expensive, believe me, even with all of the other costs of home ownership). My search home led me to a listing for which Lee was the seller's agent. After a brief exchange and some background checking, I decided that he would be a good buyer's agent. And it turned it that he was (and is) a great buyer's agent. He understood our needs, pointed us in the direction of several listings that might suit us, quickly arranged for showings, pointed out the pros and cons of the various properties, and kindly steered us away from some that wouldn't work for us. Thanks to Lee's advice, we struck a good deal on the place that we ended up buying, and were able to close on it quickly. (As newcomers to Virginia, we were unfamiliar with the process, but we were in sure hands with Lee.) We had only moved to the retirement community from hell three months earlier, and dreaded another move. But Lee recommended a moving company that, as it turns out, is the crown jewel of moving companies. So the move was relatively painless (as moves go) and perfectly executed. Here we are in our new, vastly improved living quarters. In addition to all of that, Lee is constantly on the job, and if he happens to be attending to his personal life when he's called or texted, you can rest assured that he'll get back to you quickly with an answer to a question, to give advice about getting something done, and even ( knowing Lee) to help move something with his pickup truck. He's a personable and genuinely caring person who puts his clients first and doesn't try to steer them to the transaction that would garner him the largest commission. When it comes time to sell (many years from now, I hope), you can be sure that Lee will be our agent.

I was not even sure I wanted to put my house on the market let alone knowing what realtor to use. I won't get into how I wound up with Lee Hutchinson from The Strumm Group but I'm glad I did. Lee came over and had me feeling comfortable with him and the idea of selling at this time. When I received the marketing video, I was so pleased I made a cash offer on my own house. All kidding aside it was amazing! Lee was engaged throughout the entire process and was very responsive to emails and phone calls. I'm 2 days from moving and couldn't have been more pleased with Lee and his team! Thank you Lee!

Working with Lee was a great experience. He was extremely professional and worked really hard to find us a perfect match. We worked with Lee through the pandemic (starting in March 2020) so it was a difficult time in the beginning but he always had us covered from scheduling showings to bring extra masks or hand sanitizer. One time he even helped us find some toilet paper (funny story actually :P). If you want a great realtor who will treat you well and help you find a perfect home, Lee Hutchinson is your man!

From the beginning through closing, Lee was without question, the most professional person I've worked with in real estate. He went above and beyond in assisting with our family moving by assisting the movers while we were out of State. He provided references for staging the home, carpenters for minor touch ups, and professional services required to close. If ever there is an agent to work with, Lee is our "go to guy". Very easy to reach via phone and email no matter the time of day or his location. He places the client FIRST and listens to your wants / needs. Would not use anyone else.

My husband and I were looking to buy a new home and we ran across one that we liked. We called the realtor that listed the home, Lee Hutchinson. He met us at the home and we liked him right away! He was very personable and down to earth and you could tell he loved his job! We didn’t like that house, but decided we wanted Lee to be the one to assist us in finding the right one. He was always very responsive and if he had to go out of town, he made sure there would be someone here to help us, if needed! He was very knowledgeable, but if he didn’t know something, he would be sure to get back to us with the answer, ASAP! We wanted a house out in the country which was a good bit of a drive, but he didn’t seem to mind at all! We finally found our home and we appreciated all that Lee did to help us! Lee, backed by the the amazing Strum Group is the most responsive and professional real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has the patience of a saint and trust me, we put him to the test! He must have shown us 3 dozen houses in all areas of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We actually really looked forward to talking with Lee & getting together with him to look at houses because he is so positive, knowledgeable, helpful & fun!!

Long and Foster Brokage has a fantastically fast turnaround with Lee Hutchinson "Lé MädLad" is reason. This Super Agent man single handedly rallied his entire team to get me and my family from browsing to deciding to closing in little over a month. Lee is one of those people who instantly lights up a room. His big smile and positive, outgoing personality will quickly ease any of your nerves and worries about buying or selling a home. He’s super hard working and knowledgeable as well as patient. You won’t feel pushed into anything. Lee did a great job helping me prepare my house for market for sale and actually got it sold before listing Well above what asking price was going to be. Very knowledgable, kind, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend using Lee as your realtor. He has also travelled all across the state with me searching high and low for a rural property with acreage. You wont be disappointed with Lee because he is willing to go the extra mile. Make sure you take his advice on preparing your house it is worth it.
