Leesa was amazing. From the point of contact to the very end. She walked us through the process and explained everything to us. She was open to hundreds of questions and concerns we had and walked us through solutions. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was familiar with the areas where we conducted our searched. After almost 3 months we found the perfect home and Leesa is now part of the family and we appreciate her.

2020-2021 has been pretty crazy so far. Housing-wise, I believe everyone can agree that it’s monumentally more difficult right now to be a hopeful buyer, than a seller. Likewise, buyer agents are currently in an incredibly tough position. They want to help you secure your home, but your offer is going up against anywhere from 3 to 20 other offers! My wife and I were fortunate enough to go through this challenging process with Leesa Hammond. She is truly a professional realtor, and now a dear friend.

From Dec 2020 through Feb 2021, Leesa was incredibly helpful in answering our 100+ questions. She smiled with us when we toured the open homes, and comforted us when our three offers were passed up… The rejections definitely crushed our hopes and wore us down big time. *Important disclaimer* A hungry realtor would have pushed their buyers to “go big, or stay home” in order to seal a deal ASAP. Not Leesa. She provided us with fair offer ranges, but never once pressured us to spend more than what we were comfortable with. This is what you need from your realtor.

We submitted our “last” offer in February, with the intention of calling it quits afterwards. A month later, we closed on our first home in Torrance! It felt so surreal, to finally cross the finish line, but it was so worth it. Take it from us, choose Leesa, her trusted mortgage officers (Marilyn was our all-star), and they’ll truly make your dream home come true. Nobody has a bigger heart than Leesa.

Ms Hammond was amazing and went above and beyond to help my father with the purchase of his new condo. She even helped with communicating with the buyer of his home.

He doesn’t do the internet so this was probably especially tedious for her but she didn’t show it!

My experience with Leesa Hammond Realtor was awesome. I wanted to sell as soon as possible. I didn't want a sign in front of my house. I wanted to sell exclusively. I called her up and she jumped on it right away. She made me feel secure that my property was going to sell for a good price and fast. She had good connections, found me a buyer within a week. A buyer that was ready to close escrow in about a month. I thank God to Leesa Hammon and would probably use her again in the future.
