This group is comprised of women and men with huge hearts, and a passion for their profession! I have many ailments that limit me, but Amy and her crew went out of their way to make sure My every need was taken care of. Above and beyond just selling my house, they offered to help themselves, or to find individuals to help in every facet of cleaning, moving, and the list goes on. Their passion is to help their clients however they can, Realty is just a small part of how they help the community.
My house was listed for 1 day, and we got numerous offers. We were under contract by day 2, above listed price. I not only was happy with the sale of the house, but my heart was full from the compassion and love I recieved from Schnieder Realty, and others I met thru them. This group is proof how great a business can be when founded and ran with God at forefront, and Godly principles being first.

Had a great meeting with Cliff Martin and also had a nice visit with Amy Schneider. They really do focus on the people they meet and their relationships, very apparent by the tone of the visit and the discussions about buying homes. Not rushed at all, but very professional and focusses on our needs.
