Leigh provided the most exceptional service I’ve ever received from a realtor. When we started our home buying process, we knew we had work to do and things to fix financially. That did not deter Leigh. She connected us with lenders and even when we decided take a break, she checked in with us constantly. Almost a year later, Leigh helped us purchase our forever home. She is the consummate professional, who understood our situation and needs and worked day and night to make our dream come through.
There is so many great things I can say about Leigh. She was available anytime we needed her for the simplest of questions or to look at houses. She would contact our lender on our behalf if we had any concerns. She is informative, transparent, very detailed and demonstrated that she truly cares about her clients. She was there with us through every single step. She is just an unbelievable awesome realtor to work with. Rest assure that you are in great hands with Leigh. Right from the start, Leigh was there every step of the way to do everything to help us prepare our house for the market.
She explained the steps in the process, made suggestions, provided us with resources, and came over frequently to check our progress and offer her support.
Her assistance with staging, photos and advertising brought in interest from far and wide.
Once our listing went active, we had several showings the first day and a contract in 2 days with an offer over our asking price.
Settlement went quickly and Leigh handled everything.
