Leigh Corso

For as long as Leigh can remember, she knew she wanted to be a Realtor. Her dad, Dan, and John Chalk opened Cottingham Chalk before Leigh was born, so you could say she was born into real estate. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2007, it was game time. Leigh believes she was lucky to enter this business during a downturn because it allowed her to learn the market from all angles and better appreciate the successes she has achieved over the years.

Leigh has always been a bit of a perfectionist with high expectations and strong determination. She treats each client with equal enthusiasm and dedication, with a goal of developing life-long relationships. Having grown up in this great city, Leigh offers a unique perspective to her clients, from the inside scoop on certain houses and neighborhoods to the best Mexican restaurant in town. She loves what she does.

Real estate is 24/7, but Leigh makes sure to find time for philanthropy, most recently through Heart Math Tutoring at her neighborhood elementary school. Charlotte has given so much to Leigh; she finds it fulfilling to give a little back.
