About Len

Based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Len has been a full time Realtor since 2012 and serves clients in York and Lancaster counties in South Carolina, as well as in Mecklenburg, Union and Gaston Counties in North Carolina.

Experience has taught Len that serving others is more gratifying than serving one’s self, and that real estate is all about relationships built on trust, knowledge and wisdom. Len wants his clients to expect and receive the highest standards of service.

From initial consultation until after closing, Len will work with you to identify your wants and needs, provide market research so that you are well informed, and guide and be with you through every step of the home buying or home selling process. His promise to every client is to think of your next home purchase or sale as if it were his, and to make your real estate experience as worry free and as pleasant as possible.

In addition to being a full time Realtor, Len has also served as an instructor and coach for new agents entering the industry. Before real estate, he spent a little over 30 years working in the book publishing industry in New York City. Most recently with Taylor & Francis, an international academic publisher. During his 19 years there, he held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and VP of U.S. Operations.

Along with his wife and three sons, Len relocated to the greater Charlotte area in 2011 as he transitioned from his corporate career. He feels blessed to have a family that endeavors to serve others as well. His wife and best friend is the founder of Door of Hope 4 Teens Inc, a non-profit organization with a global reach that since 2008 has helped thousands of teenagers who suffer with self-harm. Hi three sons also serve their communities as educators and social workers and are involved in volunteer work.
