About Leo

God has given me the privilege of having a close-knit household consisting of my wife Monica and my children Matheo and Luciana. As a family, we are committed to the activities of our local parish in Clermont, where we all serve in different ministries.

Graduated in Business Administration in 1992, in my country of origin, Colombia, I played several positions throughout the years in different areas such as budget, logistics, auditing, finance and sales, among others.

We came to America in 2001 seeking better opportunities and benefits for our family, through the years I have acquired a broad knowledge of different market trends and the need to stay updated.

In 2005 I entered into the world of mortgages where I obtained certification as loan originator, Assistance for first Time Home Buyers from the City of Orlando, reverse mortgages, and got the mortgage broker license.

In 2008, I got my real estate license, and since then I have been training in the industry and market behavior to be prepared and respond to your needs and concerns in Real Estate. Recently, I did the “FHA-HUD Foreclosure Prevention Workshop” through the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, and I’ve helping families to get better informed.
IN 2015, I obtained the designation of MCNE Master Certified Negotiation Expert, to better represent my clients and to supplement my process of continuous training.
In 2016, I obtained the Broker License, and in 2018, I got the ABR Accredited Buyers Representative designation, in March 2019 I accepted the challenge again to the mortgage industry, and I passed the National test as well.
