First time homebuyer with little knowledge of the process. Leonard took the time to explain the process and was very patient with answering any questions. Checked in frequently to be sure all was going well.
Trustworthy. Went out of his way to be sure I was comfortable with moving forward. Helpful and knowledgeable with discussing home improvements and comparable sales in the area. Highly recommended, will definitely want to work with Leonard for any future needs.

From the very first phone call Leonardo Garcia started working for me. Within an hour he had an online account set up so I could start looking at house listings. He listened to what I was looking for and found it right away. He even found my house in the neighborhood I wanted. I am a first time home buyer and he made the process easy and explained everything to me in ways that I understood. He pointed me in the right direction on everything from financing to home inspection and set me up with great people to help me. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Leo Garcia. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Leo, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and listens to your wants and needs.
We (especially my husband) considers Leo to be good friend after our experience with him.
I will be recommending Leo to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, not in it for the money type of realtor!
