My experience with Leroy Cureton was extremely professional and personable from the beginning of my retirement/forever home search process which started in late July to my September closing date which occurred this week. Leroy provided me with an information package on all the houses he set up for my viewing. He guided me on my house choice as I conveyed specific needs during our search. I set a purchase amount parameter that I did not want to be exceeded and Leroy showed me properties that met the standards I had established for myself. Even though one property I really desired fell into the hands of another buyer, Leroy continued to reassure me that my retirement/forever home was out there and we would find it. He was right!! Tuesday, September 29, 2020, I closed on my new "retirement/forever home" and although "I" was slightly unsure about finding this home Leroy conveyed confidence, encouragement and professional assistance throughout my entire search process. He knew I would find it. Thank you Leroy, for your courtesy and pristine service; all was greatly appreciated and respectfully received.
