Mark was born and raised in the Lockwood Housing Projects on 65th Avenue in Oakland, CA., and after moving to San Lorenzo in 1968, he graduated from Arroyo High School in 1973. He obtained his Broker’s license in 1980, after completing his Advanced Broker Development Program via the University of Southern California, and opened his own office (Century 21 Adobe Realty) on Jackson Street in 1981.
