As the Broker, Owner, and President of Your Team Real Estate, Inc., since 2008, she has spent over 17 years managing independent contractors, running the business, and assisting clients with buying and selling homes. Her leadership extends to training and guiding real estate professionals to achieve success in the industry. Leslie also holds the role of Broker/Owner at Your Team Realty, which she has managed since 2000, bringing a wealth of knowledge in real estate sales, business operations, and realtor management.

Before establishing her own businesses, Leslie worked as a Realtor at Orr & Associates Real Estate from 2006 to 2008 and as a Realtor/Trainer at Century 21 A One Realty from 2000 to 2006. With her extensive experience in both real estate sales and managing teams, Leslie has built a reputation for providing exceptional service to clients while fostering the growth and development of other real estate professionals.
