This longevity and confidence comes from my many satisfied buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful.

As a full service Tampa Bay real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions covering all price ranges and property types. With over ten years of real estate experience in the highly competitive market of South Florida, I have seen it all; from perfect deals where everyone and everything goes according to plan to complicated and highly complex negotiations that require not just experience and expertise but additional financial, building and renovation knowledge. I can admit that I enjoy the challenge of helping both buyers and sellers reach their goals.

My professional background includes private corporations, municipalities and start up business ventures. I tend to seek challenging positions in my career and have found them all to be highly rewarding. The majority of my experience comes from detailed business operations management in both the private and public sector. These many years of operations experience have allowed me to gain highly useful skills in negotiation strategies, budgeting, personnel management and marketing. All of these previously obtained skills have become invaluable in how I am able to assist each of my clients.

I currently reside in Riverview, a hidden gem in South Hillsborough County. This area has a unique resident population and many exciting local experiences to be had. I am married to a wonderful woman and we have two beautiful children. We enjoy outdoor activities as a family and have found that the Tampa Bay area offers such a vast amount of opportunities to encounter nature. We enjoy saltwater fishing, boating, kayaking, snorkeling and just exploring our wonderful surroundings.
