I want to share a little something with everyone.First I want to let everyone know that if you are looking into buying a home I have the perfect team for you I have the very best Loan specialist and the very best Realtor in the world, Javier Garcia and Leticia Andrade but let me tell you a little about my story.

I have been trying to buy a home for the last 3 years and I have worked with realtor companies like Remax Central and Loan companies like Guaranteed Rate and they would promise me the world and tell me that they could get the impossible done and then when it came time to approve me,nothing…They made me pay companies to fix my credit and after time went by still no approval. Until I was introduced to Leticia Andrade from (Fulton Grace)and Javier Garcia Senior Vice President of (The Federal Savings Bank) and don’t get me wrong I was very untrusting at this point and almost didn’t want to work with them but having the first conversation with them made me feel different from all the other conversations.They never promised me the world the only thing they ever promised was they would stick by me through the whole process and to trust them in the process becuase they would do anything in there power to help me get into a home..And as time went by these two did exactly that. They got me approved and helped me find my dream home and on 7/30/21 I finally closed on my house..I want to thank the team that they worked with Erick Mendoza, Kristy K Koran, Avni Shah for making this so smooth even though I had my worries and doubts but this team never gave up and found every angle to get me approved…But I really want to Thank Javier and Leticia because if it wasn’t for them I would have never found and closed on my dream home today..And I just want to say that I pray that God blesses both of you and your team and May you continue to help people like me that think they could never own a home…You guys changed my Experience and made it happen…Love you both and you will always be in my heart and in my family’s..

So if anyone is looking to have the Best Buying Experience in buying there home contact Javier and Leticia right away becuase if there is a way they will find it..

Leticia was very antentive throughout the search of our future home. She made sure that we understood everything and that we were on the same page before moving on. Her honesty and knowledge of the real estate market made me feel very confident when it came to making an offer on a property. She was very patient while we visited various properties searching for our new home and made sure we weren't settling before sending in an offer. When it came time to send in an offer, she kept us informed on the status of our offer until we went under contract. We are now living in our own house with all the things that we were looking for thanks to Leticia and her team who worked really hard to get us all the way to the closing table. Leticia helped me find a cute, clean, updated apartment in the city years ago. Recently, she helped me locate and close on a house within 3 months. It was within my time constraints such that I could do repairs before I moved in. She grew up in Chicago and she knows Chicagoland real estate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
