One of the most fulfilling parts of Leticia's job is helping her clients navigate the many challenges that arise during a real estate transaction. Whether there are issues with title to the property, parking spaces that do not really convey, or water problems in the basement—just to name a few—Leticia considers herself to be a catalyst for resolving the unexpected. The more experience an agent has, the more likely they are to be able to quickly and inexpensively resolve an issue so the client can get to the end of the transaction with a smile on their face and the results they deserve.
