This review is long overdue! So much that I’m a little embarrassed it’s taken me so long to write.

I am sooo glad Leyla took me under her wing while I was looking to rent and then buy. My happiness with my current home is largely attributed to Leyla’s expert knowledge and gentle guidance on two separate (yet linked) occasions.

When I was looking to rent, Leyla requested my preferences and was quickly able to find multiple listings that met my needs. I was surprised to actually be provided choices, because I had been looking for apartments for MONTHS on my own with zero real luck. Within the first week of enlisting her assistance, she came up with great contenders for my next home. While setting up tours and laying out the specifics, Leyla was punctual and ensured that I was always fully happy before moving forward with any processes. The thing I loved the most about Leyla’s guidance was that she was in tune to my happiness or unhappiness, and assured me that my expectations could be met through other options. And she surely did not disappoint. I actually almost got so excited by the first good option, that I almost missed out on what would truly become my home.

When I mentioned that I may look to buy in the future, Leyla was at the ready. She had a condo listing where the renter was looking to sell, but was open to rent for another year before ultimately selling in the future. After seeing I was happy with the location, space, and overall ambience of the condo building, she knew the listing could potentially be a location I would like to buy. We ended up choosing the right condo unit and I rented for a year. I ended up being so comfortable living here that Leyla continued overseeing the process for me to get first dibs on buying the unit.

When it came to real estate, I honestly had next to no knowledge. Leyla was kind, understanding, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward, which was such a feat considering my limited knowledge. Leyla’s sharp attention to detail also made sure I stayed on task when getting everything together to buy the condo.

Overall I could not have located and bought my first home so easily without Leyla’s unmatched expertise in her trade. Her charming attitude was a pleasure to work with regularly and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. I know the same will be true for anyone else who is smart enough to choose her for their realty needs.

Leyla is very reliable and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me find a buyer for my condominium in less than a month. She always follows through, is quick to reply, is transparent and honest, and you can fully rely on her to get the job done right.

I worked with her for the rental of my condominium over the last few years. She helped me with the purchase and selling of my condo and I'd work with her again. I 'd happily refer Leyla to anyone who is looking for a realtor.
