Leyla is the child of deaf parents and has been responsible for directing many aspects of their lives from a young age. Leyla soon discovered that more than 800,000 deaf men and women live in New Jersey alone, many seeking translators and assistance in real estate matters. "I decided to take that as a sign that, with real estate, I can help make someone's biggest investment an effortless process while also putting a real purpose and meaning to what I am doing," she explains.
In Europe, Leyla was a management assistant in fashion wholesale, representing a Dutch luxury outerwear brand throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
