Liam Fluharty

Originally from Fitchburg, MA, Liam now lives right over the border in Rindge, NH. Liam began at Pelletier Properties in May of 2020 as a Marketing and Digital Media Intern. Having a family background in real estate, Liam has aspired to be a Real Estate Agent for years. After working as an intern for two summers, Liam received his Massachusetts Real Estate License in December of 2021. Recently he has expanded his real estate licensure into New Hampshire and is excited to help his clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

In his free time, Liam enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, and hiking. He is also a board member of the CSL Foundation which supports MA children and teenagers facing health and life changes.
