About Libby

Libby began her real estate career in 1998 as a sales and marketing representative for a top ten national homebuilder in the Washington, DC area. She quickly moved through the ranks, winning many customers service and sales volume awards for the company as well as the National Homebuilders Association of Maryland. She was promoted to divisional sales manager in 2002 and managed a team of thirteen sales representatives. After selling and managing over $550,000,000 dollars in residential sales in nine short years, her family and she decided to leave the hustle and traffic of Washington, DC for the cozier and quainter city of Charlotte. After being raised in the south, it was time to return to family and Charlotte's southern charm to raise their two small children. Her husband, her two children and she moved to the Queen City in 2007 and could not be happier to be home.

They have found that Charlotte is the perfect city to raise their family. They are very active in their community and take time to volunteer at The Children's Circle and Myers Park Methodist Church. In their spare time you may find them at one of the many local parks, YMCA, or wonderful Children's Museums that Charlotte has to offer. Her business background, experience with marketing and dedication to the industry provide her with the unique ability to effectively market homes and service the needs of her clients.
