She always made herself available, provided non stop necessary communication to meet my needs both with buying and selling, she was a great negotiator and has vast knowledge in both Nebraska and Iowa. Libby went above and beyond! ANYTIME I had a question, day or night, she was available right away and more than willing to help any and all questions/concerns!
She is truly the best of the best and I highly recommend her to everyone!
We moved from out of state—bought the house without ever seeing it in person. I felt like I knew the house perfectly and had been through it many times because Libby did such an amazing job!
