Liliane Molda

Liliane Molda is a REALTOR®, Co-Owner of Lawrie & Lawrie Properties, the Compliance Officer and Manager of the Santa Cruz Office, a Notary Public and the Business Development and Marketing Director. With experience in real estate compliance, agent training and excellent negotiation skills, she brings great value to her and her partners company and especially to their clients. She has lived in Santa Cruz County together with her family for over 18 years. She was born in Romania and moved to Germany with her husband and two wonderful sons, when she was 29 years old. They lived in Germany for over 9 years, where she worked as a Paralegal, and later as a Nurse in an Orthopedic Surgical Clinic. Upon moving to Santa Cruz with my family, she worked as a buyer assistant at Westek Electronic Company. All her life she collaborated with people and her experience has led her to a wonderful career in Real Estate that began 2002. She is fluent in four languages: English, German, Romanian and Hungarian. As a member of the team, she brings energy and ethical values, honesty and consideration and she always has a smile for her clients and a ‘can do’ attitude. She is a happy person and loves the opportunity to help everyone reach their dreams.
