About Lilibeth

Hi! My name is Lilibeth Simon, I was born and raised in the Philippines and can speak four different languages—Ilokano, Pangasinense, Tagalog and English. I am also proud to be an American citizen.

I am happily married to my husband, Matt, a retired Air Force veteran who served our country for more than 23 years. We have two wonderful children, and are happy to call Springboro, Ohio our home. We have created a lot of memories since we settled here and are proud to raise our family in such a great area. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with family, singing karaoke, watching movies and attending church with our family and friends who also live in the area. I also love anything outdoors, from camping and hiking to fishing and travel.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was managing a store and build a sales team for over ten years. While sales was part of the job, my passion was always building lasting relationships with customers. I treat people like they are all my friends and family. When I was looking for my own home, I knew that real estate was the job I genuinely wanted to pursue. It is not just about helping clients buy and sell their homes; it is also about building lasting relationships with different people. I pride myself on assisting clients with honesty and integrity. I am also knowledgeable in the real estate market, and my clients can count on me to always do what is in their best interests.
