We used Linda Andrus at Zakhem Real Estate Group to help us buy a home in Colorado. There is so much emotion when buying and selling a home. I was very emotional with the process, and Linda was very patient with me and understood all of my concerns. Linda's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to purchase a home helped me feel comfortable. It was a huge relief to have Linda assist us. Linda helped us manage the homes we were viewing and is very knowledgeable of the areas we were considering. Linda is an All-Star! She listens to what you are looking for and goes out and finds it. She doesn't try to push you into homes that she thinks "could work" for you. I'd recommend her to everyone, she's a true professional who's passion is homes. It adds positive to a realtors resume.
