What can I say beyond the 5 star review? Well, the process of finding a home was rough until we met Linda! She was so incredibly knowledgeable when it came to our search in Rockland county. After spending over a year looking without her, we found our house within a week with her thanks to her expertise. I'd recommend her services to anyone and everyone. We started working with Linda in 2018 in order to get our house ready for sale. On just a promise of our business she made multiple visits over time, discussing the market with us and giving us honest advice on how a sale would go if we were ready to list at that time. When it came time to sell she helped us stage our home for pictures and buyer visits and she did a terrific job (we did not have a clue). Friends of ours watched the walkthrough video and complemented the staging. Linda knows her business and I believe is not afraid to tell you the truth whether you are going to underprice or overprice. She helped my wife and I when we were buying our first house and helped us with the things that new home buyers don’t know and was patient with us (I think we looked at over 20 houses).
